I think that the last thought Zechariah records is very interesting. All of the instruments of sacrifice in the temple were holy to the LORD. But the day is coming when even the horse bells will be holy to the LORD. I don’t think the point was that all of Jerusalem will become holy. I think it is that every aspect of a believer’s life will be holy.
